Elle est Forte... She is Strong applique shirt.  My process for making my shirts includes cutting and then free motion embroidery to make the applique durable for every day use and washing. Sizing--- What ever size you are I recommend going up one size. These shirts run small. I pre wash them so there will be no shrinking.
